"Idea: Allow best buddies to get community day moves with a TM."

#PokemonGO: I was just thinking that if we have a Rhyperior community day, that the Rhyperior that I have used regularly for the last 3 years will suddenly become inferior to a new one with the community day move. I was thinking how nice it would be to have the ability to make some of these older evolved pokemon as useful as the new community day ones. Since the community day moves should be rarer, as they are more powerful, it makes sense to not let everyone just switch the moves with a TM. But if a pokemon is a best buddy, that represents a significant amount of time and resources, so it should come with some good benefits. Furthermore, with the community day pokemon announced only a month in advance, most people won't be able to make a pokemon a best buddy in time, so they'll still have to wait for December. And besides, it's not like players aren't evolving several pokemon with the community day move anyway.
