"Rocket Leader Pokemon's IVs reroll every hour if uncaught"

#PokemonGO: https://ift.tt/2Qz3ytr post was made here a few hours ago (now removed) claiming that Rocket leader Pokemon's IVs reroll if uncaught. I was skeptical but had a Radar ready so gave it a go anyway. I beat Sierra at 12.43 UK time and was presented with a 537cp Absol. I made a note of the stop, visited a few shops and returned an hour later. Clicked the stop, Sierra flashed up briefly but then the catch screen returned and the Absol was now 517cp! Most importantly, I was able to catch the rerolled Absol and not the first instance.Tldr: avoid catching undesirable Shadow Pokemon after beating a leader and the IVs will reroll every hour.
