#PokemonGO: I'm hoping that the staff here at TSR will be kind enough to let this live despite being a bit of a stretch, but its primary focus is specifically to help the Pokemon Go community, so here goes!​https://ift.tt/2HXLLID Gamepress is talked about at length here at The Silph Road, it seems like two cardinal complaints tend to show up:Pages are out of dateReporting errors doesn't bring resultsAnd these are both fair. While we do try our best to keep the site updated, some bits and pieces fall to the way-side and are overlooked. On top of that, our reporting system has been basically worthless. If I'm being honest, I'm not really aware of any of the members of the Pokemon Go staff being able to access it up until now.That said, I'm proud to announce that we have a new and far more useful reporting tool for Gamepress!Our reporting tool has been upgraded, and is now actively checked and answered by our staff. If you find any issues on our database, you can now submit a ticket using our new system and we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. I for one am going to try my best to review active tickets at least twice a day moving forward, for example. That said, when you submit a ticket in our new system, please note a few things:If you add an active e-mail, we will send replies as to the status of your ticket. E-mails collected by this system aren't for marketing purposes, so please don't feel apprehensive about using a live e-mail if you want updates.Some changes, such as updates to the DPS/TDO spreadsheet or recommendations for new features, may take time to update. We'll do our best to respond in a timely manner, but these generally need to be forwarded to specific members of the team.Hopefully this will go a ways towards make Gamepress an even more accurate tool for the Pokemon Go community. It's also worth noting that this tool is for all Gamepress sites, so feel free to use it in connection with any game that we currently cover.
