"Has anyone else experiences a glitch in Online PVP where they can't shield or use charge moves?"

#PokemonGO: This didn't happen to me in Great League, but about 1 or 2 out of 5 matches, I seem to get this bug where mid game I am unable to shield or use charge moves... This doesn't appear to be a connection issue because I'm able to tap for quick-attack damage, just everything else seems to freeze. When the game ends, I can't even click the "Next Battle", I have to restart the game.It's pretty infuriating considering it's happening so often.
