"Parks should have spotlight hour spawn rates!"

#PokemonGO: I always thought the reason why we don't have better spawn rates was because of server limitations but clearly that's not the case with the recent spotlight hours!I think most of us will remember this post https://ift.tt/38P1W6U to Pokémon Migration and BehaviorAs you explore the world of Pokémon GO, the following changes will affect the Pokémon that appear around you:We are making adjustments to weather and, moving forward, it will have a reduced effect on the rate at which Pokémon appear.As you explore a given area, you will notice that a greater variety of Pokémon species will appear over time and at different rates.Certain areas, such as parks and nature reserves, will now contain more varied Pokémon species.These changes completely failed to happen or were very subtle and had no impact. I strongly believe that parks and nature reserves etc. should be the focal point of the game going forward and should adopt similar spawn rates to that of the recent spotlight hours. Niantic should focus on getting players off the streets and into nice parks and green areas.And furthermore we should see some changes to nesting behaviour and rather than just a single nesting species we should have themed nests like we were led to believe from the above Niantic post.
