"Why are pokemon like: combee, buizel and cherubi in 7km eggs?"

#PokemonGO: I really get a bit frustrated when you walk 7 km (or 4,7 km) and get a combee, buizel, cherubi or something similar out of the egg.It is not fair to put these pokenon in the eggs. They cannot be shiny, nobody wants them and they are easily available in the wild. They should be max in 2km eggs and not in 7km.Egg hatch events like these are really trash. Everybody want to get a riolu or a gible. And they put so much trash in the eggs.
