"Lag on PvP is getting so bad to the point i feel like i have no control at all on my game"

#PokemonGO: Since i upgraded my phone to Android 10 some months ago i'm getting really annoying freezes that i'm sure are contributing to many defeats.But from some days now it's getting to another level. All these freezes and lag are getting worse and worse making me feel like i'm only a watcher seeing my Pokémon be defeated with no chance at all to fight back.Even a moment ago, i was battling and the opponent swaped his Pokémon to counter mine... i tried to swap also and guess what. The Pokémon list showed up, i clicked on the Pokémon i wanted to swap to but it didn't change and menu went off. Suddently i got an warning opponent was firing a charge attack, i had two available shields and the option to use them didn't even show up. I couldn't swap to another Pokémon or use any shield to protect myself. I had no other option but watch my Pokémon faint.Not to speak i feel matchmaking is really really suspicious.
