"Overwhelmed."

#PokemonGO: Honestly, I'm feeling a bit insane trying to keep up with the hundreds of things niantic have decided to toss into this week, let alone this whole month.Is anyone able to give me a guide as to the shadow event this afternoon (im in australia)? I've just seen now you can TM away frustration on a mon and will not re-learn frustration upon evolution as per twitter - is that correct?furthermore, is it worth evolving sub-par IV shadow mons like beldum, sneasel, scyther and giving them a tm? (should we just prioritise those with highest attack stats as they're going to be glass cannon-y?)Sorry to have to ask, it just feels like every time i look back at youtube or this reddit or twitter a new info bomb is dropped and makes me freak out.
