#PokemonGO: This is a list of all Pokemon that have legacy moves(according to the Gamepress legacy moves page) that will not have them available through Elite TMs. This is based on the list of moves available that the PokeMiners found.Dodrio - Air Cutter Loudred - Crunch Lileep - Bullet Seed Gastrodon - Earthquake Grimer - Acid Koffing - Acid Weezing - Acid Muk - Acid Shedinja - Bite Dugtrio - Mud Shot Graveler - Mud Shot Golem - Mud Shot Staryu - Quick Attack Pichu - Quick Attack Starmie - Quick Attack Porygon - Quick Attack Most of these moves were available at some point in the game for a very short time or were removed within the first month or two of the game being released and thus are very rare to find. I cannot confirm myself whether or not all of these moves were ever available.
