"CMP A-Raichu vs Skarmory"

#PokemonGO: Long story short. Skarmory is his last pokemon. Half HP. He farms my Meganium ( i just killed his Azu) and i have A-Raichu in the back with energy for Wild Charge or Thunder Punch. As soon as Meganium faints i hit only once on my screen on WC. I knew he had enery for a charged move but i was confident coz i thought i had the prio. No i didn´t. He had the prio.​I went to check his Atack Stat (103 vs 132 Achu). Can someone explain me what happened there?​EDIT: TY for the upvotes.
