"Dragon Grunts still MIA?"

#PokemonGO: The team go rocket grunts have been very stale the past few months. I remember bac in February that some of the grunts seemed to be MIA, but no definitive confirmation of whether they still exist or not. After doing some searching on the sub, I understand that the dragon type grunts are "unconfirmed" based on the infographic and comments, but has anyone encountered them since then?
