#PokemonGO: I had been looking for a shiny togepi and wanted to evolve it. I finally got one through a lucky trade but it has those stupid flowers on its head preventing it from evolving.What was the purpose of not allowing them to evolve? were they just being lazy about programming each form? via /r/pokemongo https://ift.tt/3dm3YO9
