"If Sandshrew gets a Community Day, its alola form should be featured in a limited research"

#PokemonGO: With June/July Community Day announced, it got me thinking. If Shandshrew gets one CD, why is Niantic locking the alola form in raids? Why not just do a "stay at home" limited research?Niantic is prioritizing "stay at home" events, yet in order to get alola sandshrew many people would have to leave their homes to raid.Alola Sandshrew is only catchable in Safari Zone/Go Fest events, it's not even in eggs.When February possible CD pokemon were announced, Alola Vulpix would have been encounterable in raids and quests. Why not the same for Alola Sandshrew?Why not make a Limited Research for Alola Sandshrew during its Kantonian form CD?
