Game Freak and TPC were so desperate to get the games out by the holidays to make those sweet Christmas bucks, that they missed out on an even bigger gold mine. Animal Crossing instead delayed its game to better it and give their workers a break. And when the Coronavirus hit, its sales overtook pretty much all records SwSh made and put it to shame. If Sword and Shield had been delayed, not only could they have been more finished and polished, but they would have made INSANE bank due to the quarantine. Their greed for Holiday earnings caused them to not only botch what should have been exceptional games, but miss out on an even FAR more massive payoff, while the game that actually took its time and goodwill is now Nintendo's third biggest selling game in the U.S. OF ALL TIME.​If that's not karma, I don't know what is. via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3aX5FiV
