"Is the Charged Attack timing off in GBL?"

#PokemonGO: Three things happen that really shouldn't:The CA button becomes illuminated. You press it repeatedly. QA continue for another 3-4 moves before activating CA.The CA button is illuminated. You press it in an effort to prevent your opponent from using their CA. It let's them use their CA first and then still forces you to use your CA when theirs is done.You're near the end of your health. Your CA becomes "available". You press it repeatedly but just die instead.IMO, the moment the charged attack button becomes illuminated it should available. Not a move or two later. Otherwise, why is it illuminated?
