They can also go out of rotation without warning, so if you Purify your 90+%, you will most likely not get another one.IVs are not as significant as the Shadow bonus. Shadow bonus gives you 20% in Attack.For an average Pokemon, 15 IVs vs 0 IVs is usually just a ~10% boostThe 2 IVs from Purifying will only get you ~1-2%For PvP, Shadows have the same TDO. However, they are incredibly useful for Raids- essentially a free Weather bonus.And this goes without saying, the 2+ IVs per stat will rarely make-or-break your wins in PvP- even less so in PvETM'ing Frustration away will return.
