"With multiple megas appearing to be in rotation at once alongside five star raids, now is more important than ever to get more Raid Parties / a better algorithm for recommended"

#PokemonGO: As we all know, the recommended pokemon against raid bosses is trash, and heavily leans towards survivability over damage output. We are also limited to having 5 battle parties for raids. So far, this has been workable as there's usually not more than two 5 star bosses in rotation, but people that shortman raids find themselves having to use multiple parties for a single boss.If there are going to be multiple mega bosses + 5 star bosses in rotation, people who shortman are going to suffer because they need more than just five party slots to be able to handle more than two bosses without navigating through the clunky menus during a raid. This issue is compounded by the fact that mega raids will base rewards off of speed, not how many players battle. So anyone who uses recommended battle parties (basically most casual players and shortman raiders that run out of party slots) will be at a huge disadvantage for the rewards. Its a stretch to get a rework of the algorithm, but increasing the battle slots shouldn't be hard, especially because Niantic is supposedly moving all battle parties server-side instead of client-side. via /r/TheSilphRoad https://ift.tt/3aUeQlT
