In the latest games, the most recent being Pokken Tournament DX, Scizor has been shown to fly, or at least hover around. However, every pokedex entry from gens 2 and 3 say Scizor is either too heavy to levitate, or is just incapable. Its wings only served as means to lower its body temperature.Just something that BUGGED me for a while via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/35Poq7l
