"I can’t catch a Gligar in Pokémon Diamond without an Emerald GBA? What is that"

I’m replying Pokémon Diamond, and I REALLY Want a Gligar. I looked up the Routes for where I can catch it, but it says I need an Emerald GBA. I don’t have a Game Boy Advanced let alone do I own Emerald.Just wondering if it’s possible if I could still catch it another way.
