"Starter for Pokemon Black"

So I was digging through my closet when I found my old pokemon black cartage and decided to finish pokemon y first before playing it. Here's the problem though I beat bw2 a few weeks ago. In bw2 I choose oshawott because I always used to overuse tepig when I was really young and I'm not a big fan of snivy. So obviously I should pick tepig right? Well even though I don't like using legendaries I actually want to use Reshiram on my team because N will have Zekrom and Reshiram is a fire dragon type. So I'm stuck with this dilemma.
