"Thoughts on current open Ultra League"

#PokemonGO: Hi,I’ve made it to rank 9 a few days ago with an MMR of around 2150. I did better than usual in Great League with around 60% win rate and dropped to around 40% in open UL during the road to Rank 9. Ever since I noticed two major issues:Since reaching rank 9 I made absolutely no progress. It’s always 3-2 or 2-3, and with the low changes in points I’m entirely stuck between 2100 and 2150. Before the changes in the ranking system at least there was some challenge to reach rank 9, which I actually never reached. Highest MMR was 2350 last season. Now I’m on rank 9 due to the wins (total 252 wins out of 490 battles), get some extra stardust at the end of the season, but it seems a bit pointless to aim for rank 10. I know I won’t be able to make up 900 points, even though I usually perform better in open ML than in UL. And with the 3-2/2-3 results I don’t really receive any useful reward anymore. So I’m starting to lose the motivation.Open Ultra League is almost entirely about the survival of the Pokémon. It seems like the only strategy to win something is to make sure you keep your Pokémon alive. I know my team contributes to this situation, but running into the time out in 80-90% of the battles doesn’t seem normal.My team:Cresselia PC - MB/GK Giratina-A SC - DC/SS Registeel (BB) L - FB/FCI usually tend to not switch around teams, since I got used to the team I’m running in each league, and don’t consider myself a good enough player to benefit from the variability of using different teams. In fact I’m not counting fast moves and don’t always know exactly what I’m doing, but I still somehow manage to end up slightly above 50% win rate, but right now, I’m just stuck and for the first time get bored of GBL.Do you have similar experiences or is it different within other MMR regions?
