"Pokemon World Timeline (Before R/B/Y)"

I feel like to understand the gaps in the Pokemon timeline we need to divide the history we do know into eons:​Creation Eon:Arceus created Time (Dialga), Space (Palkia), and anti-matter (Girantina). Arceus, using it's 1,000 arms, then created the Pokemon planet. Unkown also come into existence during this time.​-Millions of years pass before the Earth cools down to allow the Weather Trio to start terraforming the planet.Earth's Formation Eon:Groudon and Kyogre shape the sea and the continents. Meaning they had to precede humanity and therefore the pokemon trio of Mesperit, Uxie, and Azelf. Rayquaza, Regigigas, and Mew originate from this time period as well.​- Millions of years pass before Mew evolves into the different Fossil Pokemon such as Aeordactyl and Kabutops.Ancient Earth Eon:Ancient Pokemon roam the Earth and Aerodactyl, Tyrantrum, and Genesect become the strongest fossil pokemon.​-Mass extinction occurs world wide leading to the extinction of most fossil Pokemon. Mew population also declines rapidly during this time period. Millions of years pass before the next eon begins.New Pokemon Eon:Primitive humans appear and New Legendary Pokemon come into existence. Regigigas creates the golems. Arceus creates the Lake trio to add emotion to humanity, and to restrain any of the creation trio if they were to run amok. During this time Groudon and Kyogre once again engage in combat and the Dracovic tribe of Hoenn call upon Rayquaza for help. Modern Pokemon populate the entire Earth. Girantina rebels against Arceus and is imprisoned in the Distortion world.​-People lived in fear of Pokemon during this eon. So much so that some humans begin to call exceptionally strong pokemon deities. Couple thousands of years pass before the next eon.Legendary Pokemon Eon:Tapus become the guardians of the Alola islands. Solgaleo and Lunala arrive from Ultra Space and grant the Tapus with Z-power. The strongest dragon pokemon roams the lands of Unova. Lugia and Ho-oH offer the people of Johto protection in exchange for food and worship. Xearnes and Yvelta begin their life and death cycle in Kalos. Necrozma is imprisoned, and Eternatus crash lands in Galar. Deoxy's begins his journey towards Earth from outer space, and Darkrai and Crecelia begin their rivalry as human factions begin to war with one another. Hoopa becomes corrupted with power and demands all humans to worship it - eventually leading Arceus to create a vase to restrain Hoopa's power. The legendary golems and Regigigas are sealed away.​-During this eon people worship Legendary Pokemon and start to befriend wild pokemon. A couple thousand years later the pre-Modern Era begins.Pre-Modern Era:3,000 years ago the ultimate weapon is fired in Kalos leading to mass pokemon extinction in Kalos, the creation of mega stones, and multiple dimensions. The Swords of Justice rebel against humans. While the Forces of Nature (Tornadus, Landarus, and Thundurus) aid the people of Unova. In Kanto, the legendary birds wreak havok as they fight over territory. The Darkest day occurs in Galar and Zacian and Zamazenta defeat Eternatus. Calyrex transports an entire forest below Wyndon elsewhere thus protecting it from a meteor strike. The original Dragon of Unova separates into Rashiram and Zekrom; Kyurum crash lands in Unova causing the nearby area and town to freeze. The legends of Jirachi, Celebi, and Victini begin to spread. Volcarona and Arcanine are regarded as pseudo-legendries by certain civilizations. Arceus destroys a meteor.Modern Era:Modern pokemon regions begin to form. Magearna is created 500 years ago. The Tin tower burns and Ho-OH creates Entei, Raikou, and Suicune. Lugia leaves for the Whirl Islands. The Pokeball prototype is invented some 70 years (~1926) before Red becomes Champion. Kalos, Unova, Kanto, and Galar all participate in region-wide wars. Mewtwo is created in 1996. The pokedex prototype is invented sometime between 1990 - 1998; Red gets the first pokedex. Rayquaza once again quells Groudon and Kyogre, and then defeats Deoxys after the latter crash lands in Hoenn. Mega Rayquaza destroys a meteor.
