"Why does Nuzleaf have nipples?"

I was just watching an episode of the anime and noticed that they gave Nuzleaf nipples. I didn’t remember this being a part of his design in the game but, after looking it up, it seems he has always had them. It just seems so strange to me. The only reason I can think is that with Seedot being its pre-evolution this must be how they get nut milk in the Pokemon universe. Anyone able to explain?
