"Mega evolution"

I don’t hate sword and shield but I think it had a few features that ended up being worse than previous games. I know this Isn’t exactly an unpopular opinion but I think mega evolutions were way better than dynamax. Is it possibly mega evolutions will be brought back in a future game?
