"My Pokémon Professor Team Selection Help"

So my cousin is getting a Switch and Pokémon Sw/Sh for Christmas. Because of this I am going to be acting as sort of a Pokémon Professor to him and helping him become the Champion of the region. I plan on battling him many times throughout the game and the big battle is for when he becomes Champion in his version of the game (I am able to battle him many times throughout the game because I will be restarting my Sw/Sh to play at the same time as him). I know that he is going to pick Scorbunny (Cinderace is his favorite Pokémon) so that means I will have Sobble. I need help choosing the rest of my team so that I can have fun battling him throughout the game. Remember the only known Pokémon I am using right now is Inteleon and also for the other Pokémon the team, they can only be Pokémon in the main Galar Pokédex (So no Isle of Armor or Crown Tundra Pokédex, although we will eventually play through those after we beat the main game and post game of Sw/Sh).
