"Poorly designed Pokemon"

As the title suggests I wanna ask what Pokemon you think is poorly designed. Now to clarify this isn't about how they look being poor but how their stats, abilities and move pools were designed.Case in point, Ledian, it's a bug flying type that is Johto's version of Butterfree. This is shown through its typing and how its stats are spread out with its special stats being the strongest. However that's where the similarities end as it learns only 4 special attacks yet also learns attacks such as mach punch and comet punch. It can also learn almost every other punching move save for Fire Punch alongside having the hidden ability Iron first. The problem is that it has an abysmal base 35 attack which is even less then Butterfree which has base 45 attack.Looking at its counterpart Ariados we see a base 90 attack stat that Ledian would kill to have even half of. Maybe Gamefreak didn't want to have two physically focused buy types as their version exclusives but that doesn't excuse why they designed everything about Ledian to make it look like a physical battler. So what other Pokemon do you think were poorly designed the same way Ledian is? via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3lMoHxJ
