"What Pokémon is the absolute worst of all time?"

Stat wise/move pool/etc. I’m trying to figure out what’s the absolute worst Pokémon I can use on any mainline Pokémon game. Why? Because I want to use that Pokémon and have fun with it! It doesn’t matter what gen, I can find ways to play any of them whether it’s emulation or the cartridges I have. I just want to figure out what the absolute WORST Pokémon to have on a team is!
