"I don't understand how I beated pokèmon games when I was 7-12 years old."
I don't know about you, but i was REALLY into pokèmon when i was 7-12 yo. Then i thought about the franchise less and less, and just lately I've become more interested.Just now, I was watching the best battle in the whole franchise on yt (red vs gold), and i thought about the guy battling red, having a team of pokèmon 10 levels below red's pokèmons. And I thought about how everyone says how difficult cynthia, red, whitney etc. are. And I thought that, after my first pokèmon game (diamond), I never lost a single battle (in singleplayer). All I did was using just my starter, training a second random pokèmon with exp. share, and using the other four as hm/revive slaves. My problem is, how was I able to kill red's lv. 84 charizard with (probably slightly) overleveled meganium and furret? With the experience of pokèmon i have right now, I can't understand how was that possible, when so many people struggled so much.Anybody has something similar tho share? via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/3eUFyie
