"Idea: A pokemon game where the playerbase makes their own pokedex"

Since Legends is a more exploration based game i thought of something: what if they made a pokemon game that lets the player make their own pokedex? It would work like this:-The player is tossed into a region with pokemon that were never registered in the pokedex before(not even shown in trailers either so you get to discover them entirely)-There aren't any quests, objectives or markers. The map is revealed as the player explore through the region.-Each pokemon has their own habitat, behavior,(im not thinking of sleeping or standing around, im thinking pokemons shown hunting, teaching and feeding their baby pokemons, and just basically behaving like actual animals) eating habits, size variations, evolutions that the player has to take note of (Possibly attaching pictures with the notes like in a pokemon snap)-They also have their fighting style, so you fight them in order to discover what kind of moves they are capable of (i feel like for this game a new battle system would work better, although the traditional turn system could work if well implemented)We could also for example imagine that this region has been inhabited by humans before and that we could find books, statues etc that would allow us to find rare/legendary pokemon.Would you guys be interested in a game like this, that doesn't have a pokemon league or final boss to beat? via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/2Wigriw
