"Do you have trouble picking a starter in a certain gen, not because you like more than 1, but because you don't really care for any of them?"

This is gen 5 for me. I love gen 5, but I don't care for any of the starters, either the designs don't appeal to me; Emboar, Samurott, or the stat spread doesn't appeal to me; Serperior. Also, knowing Contrary Serperior is a thing that I can't have makes it feel even more useless to pick it.Every other gen it's usually a tough choice because I like more than 1 if not all 3.
