"Version exclusive community link codes for BD/SP"

I've spent the past few days running around r/pokemontrades to trade for version exclusives for Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl, when I remembered u/Tahlato doing a comprehensive list of version exclusives and trading codes that the community could use to exchange Pokémon without hunting around in trading threads.As I could not find anyone that has done this so far, I have compiled a list of version exclusives and created trade codes for them, to hopefully make this easier for the rest of you just starting out to fill their Pokédex!BD's Pokémon will always be on the left, SP's Pokémon will always be on the right.
