"It would be so cool if you had a tiny chance of re-encountering Pokémon that you release"

Imagine returning to the route you originally caught a Pokémon and encountering it again, still high level and still with any moves you taught. Or if they became "roamers" and could be found in any route.Also, it should be a thing that releasing or running from a legendary makes it return to its original location instead of ceasing to exist. I've always thought it made no sense that they just vanish from existence after a child runs into them one time.What do you think?
