"A cool detail I noticed about the pokédex."
I was just attempting to fill up some blank spots in my pokedex after beating the game for the first time, and I noticed something interesting. I was looking at the home screen of the pokedex and saw this. After playing the game for way too many hours, I never seemed to notice the tears on the title card. I looked up an image of someone's playthrough of the game, and sure enough, when you start the game, your pokedex looks like this. This minor detail is the most groundbreaking discovery of the decade, and I'm sure Reggie will contact me and congratulate me any minute, and I'm sure no one else found this out before me.Joking aside, I just thought it was a neat detail that I haven't seen mentioned before. If you notice any other stages of breakdown prior or after this stage, I'd love to know about it. I'm not sure if it is based off of completion of the pokedex, story progression, or just hours playing.Edit: It also seems like your pokedex gets a little water damage or some sprt of discoloring in addition to the paper tears via /r/pokemon https://ift.tt/5jkHhfX
