"Unpopular(?) Opinion: Unreasonably Rare Pokemon Are Awesome"

Nigh-impossible to obtain Pokemon like those that spawn on one route with a 1% rate, Gen 3 Feebas, Gen 4 Munchlax, SOS Salamance in Gen 7, etc. are incredibly cool to me.From the perspective of someone trying to complete the National Dex they're horrible since you have to catch all of them, but from the perspective of a Regional Dex completionist they're both awful incredible. Finding any one of them, regardless of how powerful they are, is one of the most satisfying and gratifying things in gaming as a whole, let alone Pokemon.Special shout-out to the legendary golems from Gen 3 and especially Regigigas from ORAS. While they're not nearly as rare as most of the other mentioned Pokemon, the journey to find them is awesome and no other legendary Pokemon in the series (IIRC) forces you to go on such a cryptic journey (or even a journey at all in some cases.)
