"Eevee should have the 40BP coverage moves of the Pokemon it evolves into."

In my professional opinion, Eevee should have the capacity to learn Thunder Shock, Ember, Water Gun, Leafage, Powder Snow, and Fairy Wind, the 40 base power special coverage moves of the Pokemon it evolves into. I know we don't have 40BP special moves for dark or psychic to represent Espeon or Umbreon, but they could easily make them. I'd call them "Mystify" and "Dark Ooze" respectively.I'm thinking all these moves should be programmed in the generational order they were introduced. Level 1 for Thunder Shock Ember & Water Gun, level 2 for "Mystify" & "Dark Ooze", level 4 for Leafage & Powder Snow, and level 6 for Fairy Wind.I understand that if Eevee (and consequently its other Eevelutions) were to learn these moves that nothing much would change. Eevee would still be pretty weak in battle, and allowing Leafeon to use Ember is (let's face it) pretty useless competetively, but that's not my point. My point is that for a Pokemon with the largest evolutionary line in the series, they should be given moves to reference the types it can become, giving Eevee a slightly more diverse move pool than just boring Normal moves.Edit: I have been informed that Leafage is not in fact a special move.
