"I need some help."

I am trying to make a competitive viable Ice-type team and keep running into walls. Would someone please help me make this team viable. The pokemon that must be on the team are: Weavile, Ninetales-Alola, Sandslash-Alola, Froslass, and Walrein. You can choose any other Ice type but I really need help.
