now when you think about it at first, they're morons and idiots that get nothing right and accomplish nothing yet Giovanni clearly puts them high up and likes them to an extent. why is this?That answer is very simple actually, all he has to do is aim them at a region he doesn't have a hold in yet and then just toss them in. Then he just has to wait and sooner or later, a rival team that he didn't even know existed is not only found, but either heavily crippled or no longer exists.
