I love gen II, but they did a terrible job with Pokemon distribution. The fact that I could only get Larvitar after 16 badges is ridiculous. What's with the lack of Johto Pokemon in gyms, anyways? How come Falkner doesn't have a Hoothoot? How come Jasmine doesn't have a scizor or foretress?
