"Bug: when someone is attacking a gym, deploy a stronger Pokemon and the attacker won't be able to battle it again within 10 minutes"

#PokemonGO: This is made up of 2 issues:1) If an error occur while you're attacking a gym, you won't be able to attack it again within about 10 minutes. (Not sure whether that's intended by Niantic.)There're at least 2 ways to trigger this kind of error:When battling a Pokemon which isn't the last on the gym, move out of the range of the gym. You will get an error once you beat the current defending Pokemon.When the game freezes and you cannot get out the battle screen. (You'll have to restart the game.)When this happens, you can still try to battle the gym, but you will return to the defending Pokemon's screen once the battle "starts" and the huge "GO" disappears. If there is only one Pokemon A on the gym when you starts the battle, and someone places a stronger Pokemon B before you beat A, B won't appear in the battle and you cannot get out of the battle screen once you beat A. (Screenshot: http://ift.tt/2aNDk1c. Note B's CP needs to be higher than A, otherwise the battle will end correctly.) Thus issue 1) is triggered, and you won't be able attack the gym again within the next 10 minutes.I've met these issues a number of times since the field test. It's very despairing when it happens as there's nothing you can do to the gym within 10 minutes. And Niantic still hasn't fixed them. So I believe the best way to make them fix the bug is to let more people know about it. They'll have to prioritize it if more people see the issues and know the actual reason behind it.
