"Dodging feels very unresponsive and often fails to even happen after update?"

#PokemonGO: Sorry if this has already been braught up, but I wanted to know if it's just my imagination or if anybody else has noticed this. After they nerfed/buffed certain attacks, dodging feels slow, clunky and very unresponsive. Like 30% of the time it even fails to work at all. I even stop attacking and wait patiently for the yellow flash, and swipe to the left/right with perfect timing and determination and nothing happens, the pokemons just stands still.
