"For all those defending the legitimacy of these sudden lvl 35+ accounts taking control of gyms, please read."
#PokemonGO: I strongly believe there are plenty of cheaters/spoofers who are ruining the 'competitive' element of the game for a lot of us. I think these players are taking up gyms and a lot of us are entertaining the idea that they are fair players. I would like to remind everyone the jump from level 30 to 35 is 4,000,000 experience, that is DOUBLE the amount from level 1 to 30. Going past level 35 is even more intense and requires a huge effort to prioritize experience gain rather than camping nests. Again, this is possible but I doubt it happening in small cities or even medium size cities. According to pokeassistant, a 3K CP snorlax is near level 37, and requires ~200 candies! If you are at a snorlax nest and are farming snorlax, would you have the time to gain 1 million experience a day simultaneously? I also think we should be cautious when labeling people as cheaters but at the same time, we should carefully consider the resources/time/exp it takes to have such impressive rosters. Remember, experience gain in this game is linear, experience required to level is exponential. Stardust gain is linear, powering up pokemon is not. via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2aTo4jY
