"Incidence of "frozen balls" massively decreased?"

#PokemonGO: My observation is - I don't get frozen balls anywhere near as much. And not just because of the weather. The 'glitch' where you'd catch a 'mon, it'd cut to the closed ball, but then... freeze entirely seems gone.I have spotted a couple of occasions where it looks like it's going to, but I think it then times out - the 'mon escapes and flees immediately.Anyone else noticed this?
