"Reroll Moves with Candies/Dust."

#PokemonGO: It would be great if we were allowed to reroll or teach pokemon moves. There are some pokemon that are very hard to farm and people invested a lot of candies/dust/time on them and since the moves changes they are not as good as they were or if you make a new one with bad moves it is not very good but of course with the possibility to reroll you could have a chance to make it better. I think it would be fair.Edit 1: I see some of you are suggesting alternative ways for changing moves: they are all great ideas! I just want to state that the main aim of this post is to discuss the possibility to change the move set either with available resources in the game right now or with new possibilities that could be introduced in the future!
