"Chinese characters for naming your Pokemon move types."

#PokemonGO: I've been experimenting with various ways to name Pokemon for a while to make my life a bit easier in my (almost) daily gym runs around town.I've tried numbers and letters, and recently (after seeing Trainer Tips videos) tried symbols. But I'm finding that symbols don't work consistently and letters and numbers make Pokemon names look ugly and messy.So a good solution I've found is Chinese characters, which neatly convey the information I need at a glance whilst looking quite elegant alongside the Pokemon's normal English name.Obviously if you're a Chinese speaker, knowing the meaning would be easy, but even if you're not, it's not so hard to learn 18 symbols for 18 Pokemon types, and all Chinese characters should work in Pokemon Go for both IOS and Android devices.草 - Grass火 - Fire水 - Water电 - Electric冰 - Ice龙 - Dragon恶 - Dark*毒 - Poison虫 - Bug钢 - Steel鬼 - Ghost**石 - Rock**土 - Ground**空 - Flying**武 - Fighting**妖 - Fairy**神 - Psychic**普 - Normal**Notes:1) Did you know that the official translation for "Dark" type in Chinese is the character for evil? I googled it and found it was the same in Japanese, which obviously should be the source material. Hmm... how does that make you feel about your beloved Umbreon? :P2) These types were translated on Bulbapedia with Chinese names that had more than one character. I am not sure if the Bulbapedia transations are official since I've never played Pokemon games in Chinese, but the translations were extremely literal, and in some cases weird. So I replaced them with one-character Chinese names instead. The original names are listed below:Ghost - 幽灵 This more accurately means "spirit". 鬼 is a simpler and more accurate translation for Ghost.Rock - 岩石 This is technically correct, but can be simplified as just 石Ground - 地面 literally means "the ground", but 土 means Earth, which is more correct to the meaning of attacks like mud shot and earthquake.Flying - 飞行 literally means flying, as in the verb. 空 means "air/the sky" and seems more appropriate to represent flying Pokemon.Fighting - 格斗 literally means fighting, but 武 means "martial" and is more appropriate for Pokemon utilizing martial arts.Fairy - 妖精 is basically a Chinese fairy (usually evil in Chinese fairy tales though), can be simplified to just 妖.Normal - 一般 literally means normal. This was the hardest to translate elegantly. I settled on 普, as a simplification of 普通, which means common/normal.Psychic - 超能力 literally means "super power", which is a bit weird.
