"List of good punching bags for boosting up the prestige of a gym?"

#PokemonGO: I'm looking for a list of good punching bags to boost up the prestige of gyms, including (1) recommended pokemon, (2) recommended moves for those pokemon, and (3) recommended fighters to beat up the punching bags. Instead of the bubblestrat, I'd like a list of pokemon that would be higher up on the CP list of the gym so I'm not the weakest defender once other people add their mon to the gym.I'm level 31, and I have plenty of stardust to boost up punching bags if need be. I also have over 900 pokemon (Pokedex almost complete), I have about 400 pokemon in the 1k - 2k cp range, and I have plenty of potions.I've had good results lately with using flareon at around 2000 CP and beating it up with slightly lower CP Vaporeon, Golduck, Slowbro, Starmie, and Seadra. I've found that heatwave is a good special for the punching bag Flareon. However, I'm looking to diversify my arsenal of punching bags and my training partners.I am working on the diglett trick (just need to find a 20cp bubble), but the main goal of this post is having a list of punching bags that would be higher up on the gym ladder (I don't like having my pokemon the lowest CP in the gym).I'm Mystic in a city dominated by Mystic, so I can count on teammates filling up the slots I open up. Again, I'd like my punching bag to be near the top of the ladder - so I'd need to be in the 1500cp to 2300cp range.Edit: I'd also like to make this as time efficient as possible.
