"Past level 30, all trainers see the exact same pokemon"

#PokemonGO: Am level 32 and was playing with a lvl30 friend. CP and height /weight matched for all our mons. I think this is good evidence but let me know if there's an exception!Edit: To clear up misunderstandings: When "maxEncounterPlayerLevel: 30" was found in the GAME_MASTER file, we thought it meant that even lvl40 trainers can only catch wild pkmn up to lvl30.
