"Pokéspots - addition for areas that lack Pokéstops"

#PokemonGO: Pokémon Go isn't a game fair for everyone. It clearly divides players that are living in big cities and small, boring villages that are lacking interesting points which could become Pokéstops. Even though they could have more Pokéstops, it is impossible to request their addition since years in Ingress. And that's not without the reason, because years ago Ingress ended with millions of portal requests. In Pokémon Go, this would be even higher number.I think that one is rather clear: requesting addition of Portals/Pokéstops won't be back.So there's my suggestion for the game which would reduce the difference between rural and city players: randomly generated temporal Pokéstop Substitutes - the Pokéspots.Pokéstops are all about visiting interesting places and eventually meeting people that are at them, while getting virtual items. However, rural player won't do any of these on constant rate anyway. So there comes my idea of still encouraging players that don't have Pokéstops near them to walk, but not to make it permanent substitute of Pokéstops. The main idea however, is to provide items into areas that lack Pokéstops. How would that work? That's fairly straightforward system:Pokéspots can ocassionally spawn in areas that do not have any Pokéstop or Pokéspot in specific radius (300-500m?), but somewhat near the areas where servers find players that login into game.Pokéspots spawn only near roads.Pokéspots give items just like Pokéstops - player still needs to be near it and it has cooldown.Pokéspots give more items depending on how much Pokéstops are there in bigger radius. The less Pokéstops around, the more items Pokéspot will give (sometimes even more than Pokéstop).Pokéspots de-spawn after specific period of time and/or after specific number of uses.Pokéspots are much less likely to give high-quality and rare items than Pokéstops (like Great/Ultra Balls, Super/Hyper Potions, Max Revives, Razz Berries or Eggs overally).Pokéspots don't work with lures.Optionally: Pokéspots have slight chance of spawning Pokémon near them from time to time. That's it. I think that such system would fix one of most important problem for rural players without need of manual acceptation of every single Pokéstop request. Also, the game would be much less stale, because it gets boring to go to same place for millionth time - exploration is better.Thoughts?TL;DR: Add randomly-generated version of the Pokéstops which sometimes spawn in areas that lack them and de-spawn over time. via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2c6CMWy
