"Are you guys also catching Gastlys with awful IVs?"

#PokemonGO: Since the update launched, almost every single Gastly I have caught has horrible IVs. I know Gengar isn't the best, but it'd be nice to have a somewhat decent Gengar instead of Blanche telling me that "Overall, your Gastly is not likely to make much headway in battle."Is anyone else experiencing this issue?EDIT: Fixed Blanche's quote via /r/pokemongo http://ift.tt/2eYqIGQ
