"Have new spawn points been added again?"

#PokemonGO: I had a spawn point across the street of my apartment that spawned at xx:14 and got removed at the last migration/spawn point shift. Now today i noticed a spawn at xx:17 and wondered whether new spawn points have been added again or if their was some other form of shake-up? via /r/TheSilphRoad http://ift.tt/2erJh4u
