"People are misunderstanding Tsareena's name"

It seems like a lot of people here are laughing at how "Tsareena" sounds like "Serena", which tells me that a lot of people are missing where the name comes from. It's supposed to sound like Tsarina (sometimes spelled Czarina), as in the word for any Russian queen from before the early 1900's.
